Terms of Use

The terms that apply to using this website. Last updated 28 July 2026.

These terms cover your use of webculture.com.au. They are not the contract for a project. If we build, host or market for you, that work is covered by a separate written proposal and agreement, and where the two differ, the project agreement wins.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Faith Computing Pty Ltd, ABN 94 138 361 510, trading as Web Culture. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Information on this site

We publish this content in good faith and keep it current, but it is general information rather than advice for your situation. Nothing here is a quote, an offer, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us or to your own adviser first.

Figures such as timeframes and typical outcomes are indicative. Search rankings, advertising results and citation by AI systems depend on factors outside our control, including the policies and algorithms of third parties, your market and your competitors. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level, lead volume or commercial result.

3. Pricing

Any price mentioned on this site is indicative unless we have given it to you in a written quote. Our consulting rate outside a project is $250 plus GST per hour, current at the date above and subject to change. Project pricing is fixed against the scope set out in your proposal, and a change to that scope changes the price.

4. Booking a call

The booking button opens a scheduling tool run by a third party. Their terms and privacy practices apply to that tool alongside ours. The initial 15 minute call is free and carries no obligation on either side. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the details you enter.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, everything on this site including text, layout, code, graphics and the Web Culture name and logo is owned by us or licensed to us. You may view it, and print or download extracts for your own reference. You may not republish, sell, rent, sub-licence or systematically copy any of it without our written permission.

Ownership of work we produce for a client is dealt with in that client's project agreement, not here.

6. Third party names and links

Product and company names mentioned on this site, including search engines, advertising platforms and AI assistants, are the trade marks of their respective owners. We refer to them descriptively. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied in either direction.

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or practices.

7. Acceptable use

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, and we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue or loss of data arising from your use of this site, and where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version always sits on this page with the date it was last revised, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
